This page covers the rules of using HotNoStringsDating, how we handle your data, what we never do with it, and how you can leave whenever you choose. Written in plain English because legal pages should be possible to actually read.

Section 01

Terms overview

By creating a HotNoStringsDating account or browsing logged-in pages, you accept the terms summarized below. We may revise these terms when the platform changes; material updates are emailed to active members at least fourteen days before they take effect.

Who can join

Membership is limited to adults aged eighteen or older who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in their country of residence. We operate primarily under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials private.

Account ownership

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may use a pseudonym, but you may not impersonate another real person, brand or public figure. One human, one account. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate or automated accounts.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, bios and messages you upload. By posting them, you grant HotNoStringsDating a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content to the members you choose to share it with, and to back it up for service continuity. We do not republish member content outside the platform.

Section 02

Privacy summary

You control your visibility, your messages and your data. HotNoStringsDating never sells member information. Block tools are one tap; reporting is even faster. Where regional law permits, member-to-member messages are protected with end-to-end encryption, sessions are locked per device, and reporting tools include in-context evidence so moderators can act quickly.

What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work: an email address for login and recovery, optional profile fields you choose to fill in, photos you upload, message content within the platform, and basic technical logs such as device type and approximate region for fraud prevention.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not share message content with third parties. We do not reveal your real name, email, payment method or precise location to other members unless you explicitly disclose them in conversation.

How long we keep it

Profile data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed from production within thirty days, with encrypted backups rolling off within ninety days. Anonymous aggregate analytics — counts, not people — are kept longer for product research.

Acceptable use

These rules keep the community calm. Violating them can lead to warnings, suspension or permanent removal depending on severity.

Treat every member as a whole person

Body shaming, ranking, unsolicited critique of anatomy, racial slurs and harassment are bannable on first offense. Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not.
No unsolicited explicit content

Do not send sexual photos, audio or video before the recipient has clearly opted in. Consent must be explicit and reversible at any time.
Be honest about who you are

Pseudonyms are welcome; impersonation, catfishing and bait-and-switch profiles are not. Age must be accurate to the year.
No solicitation or off-platform recruiting

HotNoStringsDating is not a marketplace. Do not promote escort services, paid content subscriptions, crypto schemes or external dating apps from your profile or messages.
Respect platform integrity

No scraping, bots, scripted messaging or attempts to reverse-engineer the service. Security researchers can contact us at [email protected] for coordinated disclosure.

Section 04

Moderation and removals

Reports are reviewed by human moderators, not algorithms alone. The most common report — body shaming or ridicule — is handled within twenty-four hours on weekdays and forty-eight hours on weekends. Members can appeal any removal decision once; appeals are read by a moderator who was not involved in the original review.

We remove content that violates the acceptable use rules above, content that breaks applicable law, and content that exposes another member’s private information without consent. We do not remove negative reviews of the platform, lawful criticism, or speech that simply makes us uncomfortable. When in doubt, we publish the rationale in our quarterly transparency note.

Section 05

Billing and membership notes

A free account gives you a profile, browsing and the ability to start conversations. VIP membership supports the site and unlocks extras: unlimited messaging, priority support and the option to see who viewed your profile. The specifics:

Plans and price range: VIP is offered in monthly, quarterly and annual plans roughly between $5 and $15 per month depending on duration and region.
No hidden charges at signup: a free account never requires a card, and VIP upgrades show the full price before checkout.
Auto-renewal: VIP plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation is one tap from your account page and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds: within seven days of a new VIP charge, contact support for a full refund, no questions asked, provided the account has not violated the acceptable use rules.
Payment processors: we use established payment processors. Your full card number never touches our servers.
Taxes: applicable sales tax or VAT is added based on your billing country and shown before checkout.

Section 06

Your deletion rights

Leaving HotNoStringsDating is meant to be as easy as joining it. You can hide your profile, pause your account, or delete it entirely — the choice belongs to you, and we do not require a reason.

How to delete your account

From your account: open Settings → Privacy → Delete account, confirm with your password, and your profile is removed from public view immediately. Backend deletion completes within thirty days; encrypted backups roll off within ninety days.

By email: write to [email protected] from the address on file. We confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion on the same timeline as in-app requests.

You may also request a copy of your data, or correction of inaccurate fields, under applicable privacy laws including the CCPA and GDPR. We do not charge for these requests.
